ACS-Xerox, in association with Tamarind Event Management Solutions Pvt. Ltd. held a fun-filled one day event for their employees and their children on May 17th at Hotel Presidency in Kochi, Kerala. The theme of the event was “Bring Children To Work”. This variety concept aimed at giving the children of the employees a chance to explore ACS-Xerox and geared them up for a fun day out at the hotel.

The venue was customized into “The Land of Butterflies”, which was a theme developed by Tamarind. The entire venue setup highlighted colourful butterflies everywhere. Around hundred or so painted glittering butterflies hung from the ceiling of the hall. The game stage backdrop was of a mythical land, filled with magical creatures.

The event began in the morning with a tour of the ACS-Xerox office at Infopark, Kochi. The employees and their children then came to the event venue and were greeted with games and other fun activities which involved a caricature artist and a photo-opportunity area. Every family had their photo taken in a magical backdrop and had it set in a frame and taken as return gifts, along with goodie bags full of collectibles. The day concluded with a magic act by a local magician.

ACS – Bring Children To Work brought together around 650 people, both children and adults, and gave them an experience they would never forget.
